QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. Location: Istanbul, DESBAS(Tuzla)

Reports to: Quality Manager

Reponsibilities

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and internal regulations.
• Conduct workplace risk assessments and develop improvement proposals to minimize hazards.
• Perform regular site inspections and take corrective actions in case of non-conformities.
• Organize and deliver occupational health and safety training and briefings.
• Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) processes including procurement, distribution, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement preventive measures to reduce occupational accidents and work-related illnesses.
• Support and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Conduct internal audits and manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Availability of certificates (training protocols) in accordance with the requirements of Turkiye legislation on H&S, fire safety and electrical safety
• Knowledge of ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / ISO 9001
• Fundamentals of planning and management
• Working experience working in production sphere from 1 year
• Knowledge and experience of medical checks delivering
• Knowledge and experience of investigation of work related injuries
• Knowledge and experience of obtaining state permits (declarations) for objects and work of high risks
• Confident PC user
• B Class Heath and Safety Certificate
• ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certificate
• Ability to prepare reports, analytics, presentations;
• Experience with document management systems and quality software
