Background & Qualifications
Being a 3rd / 4th year undergraduate student or a 1st year post graduate student in an accredited university
Able to work minimum 3 days availability per week
Advanced command of written and spoken English
Competent in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Being able to accommodate in Istanbul during the intenship period
High degree of analytical thinking skills and the ability to analyze,
Having excellent communication skills
Customer and result-oriented
Preferably long-term internship
Located in İstanbul
Job Description
Providing administrative support to the HR department
Screening resumes and application forms
Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates
Following-up exam results of the candidates
Updating the candidate lists for each role by working closely with related HRBP
Updating internal databases with new employees, job changes
Taking an active role in internal HR activities and projects, includingtraining and development, inclusion, and diversity initiatives
To contribute as an active member of HR Team
Taking active role in employer branding process
