En Akkodis estamos seleccionando Helpdesk senior para un proyecto presencial en Barcelona, dando soporte a usuarios VIP en un entorno de alto nivel.

Ubicación: Barcelona (modalidad presencial)

¿Qué buscamos?

Helpdesk experimentado, con al menos 4-5 años de experiencia en soporte técnico y alta capacidad de autonomía.

Imprescindible:

Dominio de ServiceNow (gestión de tickets)

Experiencia en resolución de incidencias M365, tanto en entornos cloud como on-premise

Capacidad de generar y mantener documentación técnica clara y precisa

Nivel avanzado de Excel para gestión de inventario de equipos

Inglés C1 o B2 muy alto (indispensable para el trato con usuarios VIP)

Además, se valora experiencia en:

Active Directory (avanzado)

Soporte N2/N3

Windows 10/11 (Mac deseable)

Soporte a usuarios VIP

VPN, Teams, iPhone/iPad, instalación y despliegue de hardware

Conocimientos básicos de redes (LAN/WAN, permisos, cliente-servidor)
