Alabuga is a special economic zone and industrial park in the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia, created in 2006 near the city of Yelabuga to attract manufacturing investment through tax relief and prepared infrastructure. It hosts production facilities across automotive components, chemicals, building materials, food processing and machinery, and operates its own vocational education programmes that recruit young workers and students directly into resident plants. The zone recruits continuously across engineering, production and administrative roles, and its residents employ several thousand people between them.

  • поиск и привлечение кандидатов через специализированные площадки и ресурсы;
  • проведение первичных телефонных и онлайн-интервью;
  • участие в организации и проведении собеседований;
  • анализ текущей ситуации на рынке труда;
  • ведение отчетности по открытым вакансиям;
  • публикация вакансий на различных платформах;
  • участие в HR-проектах и инициативах управления персоналом.
Требования:
  • уверенный пользователь Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • способность концентрировать внимание, внимательность, наличие лидерских качеств;
  • умение анализировать и структурировать большие объемы информации;
  • грамотная устная и письменная речь;
  • коммуникабельность, инициативность, высокая работоспособность и ориентация на результат.
Условия:
  • работа в крупной компании - в структуре крупнейшей ОЭЗ в Европе;
  • переезд в г. Елабуга;
  • предоставление жилья для иногородних (платное);
  • карьерный рост при наличии и развитии необходимых компетенций в процессе работы;
