- участие в HR-проектах и инициативах управления персоналом.
- уверенный пользователь Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- способность концентрировать внимание, внимательность, наличие лидерских качеств;
- умение анализировать и структурировать большие объемы информации;
- грамотная устная и письменная речь;
- коммуникабельность, инициативность, высокая работоспособность и ориентация на результат.
- работа в крупной компании - в структуре крупнейшей ОЭЗ в Европе;
- переезд в г. Елабуга;
- предоставление жилья для иногородних (платное);
- карьерный рост при наличии и развитии необходимых компетенций в процессе работы;
