- способность концентрировать внимание, внимательность, наличие лидерских качеств;
- умение анализировать и структурировать большие объемы информации;
- грамотная устная и письменная речь;
- коммуникабельность, инициативность, высокая работоспособность и ориентация на результат.

- переезд в г. Елабуга;
- предоставление жилья для иногородних (платное);
