⭐ The Senior Revenue Operations job

Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and business segment leadership.

You'll be joining the Sales Effectiveness team, whose mission is to make our sales organization run at its best across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. This team is a key lever on one of the company's most watched metrics: our customer acquisition cost.

• Tangible results: Recent examples from our roadmap include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours per year) and building an AI-powered outbound machine reaching a 15% discovery rate.

What will you do with us?

You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization. You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works.

You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls for. Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.

⭐ Is it you we're looking for?

You'll be a great fit for the Revenue Operations team at Alan if you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness, several of them spent hands-on building the sales machine. You own initiatives end-to-end (scope, design, build, measure);

• Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills, and are comfortable running initiatives;

• Have a builder mindset and love being hands-on;

• Are confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating;

• Can write and own SQL queries yourself (joins, basic data modeling), not just read them.

• Have proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows

• Have configured Salesforce yourself (objects, fields, flows) and can say what you personally built vs. what an integrator or another team did.

• Are able to build and maintain pipelines that produce actionable insights, with clear business impact

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Have at least an advanced level in English.

• Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.

For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range.
