Office Manager

Job Purpose:
To manage work schedules and optimize resources for ground handling operations. Responsible for resource allocation, work schedule approval, and compliance with company policies and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Civil Works
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange business travel
- Prepare and format official correspondence, reports, and documents
- Maintain records, monitor deadlines, and send reminders
- Coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners
- Ensure efficient office operations, including supplies and administrative support
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Linguistics
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative position
- Strong business Russian and English skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and colleagues
