This role is part of Alcon's Engineering function, a team focused on improvingquality, processes, products, packaging and materials across our business to help deliver brilliant outcomes. The Technician III, Molding & Tooling Engineering , is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks in mold tooling design and molding processes. You will apply advanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities while adhering to procedures.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle highly complex technical tasks related to mold tooling design and molding processes, supporting operations and contributing to efficiency within defined procedures
- Make significant decisions within the scope of your tasks, requiring advanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate and complete documentation
- Ensure rigorous quality control and comply with regulatory requirements
- Complete all required training and commit to continuous improvement in operations.

Minimum requirement:
- Minimum diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Good to have electrical & PLC experience
- Must be willing to work in 12 hours weekly rotational shift
