The client is looking for a seasoned SPS Onne Site Representative to deliver onshore and offshore assistance across technical, operational, HSE, QA/QC, materials logistics, and contractor-management areas in support of Subsea Production Systems (SPS) operations.

• Direct and coordinate the Company's activities at the contractor's base in Onne.
• Deliver technical and operational assistance to offshore subsea activities as well as to the onshore service base.
• Act as the interface with key SPS contractors and subcontractors to guarantee equipment and services are delivered on schedule.
• Organize inspection, maintenance, repair, fabrication, testing, and mobilization work for Company-owned subsea equipment.
• Assist subsea engineering teams with technical studies, operational backing, and optimization efforts.
• Coordinate the mobilization of equipment, materials, services, and personnel to rigs, vessels, FPSOs, and other operational locations.
• Ensure Company equipment, spares, and materials are effectively tracked, stored, inventoried, and managed.
• Supervise contractor procurement, cost monitoring, budget adherence, and commercial paperwork.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and produce financial expenditure reports.
• Track contractor performance and take part in service-quality reviews.
• Assist with HSE audits, inspections, investigations, and emergency-response operations.
• Provide offshore subsea supervision for Tree-on-Wire and Light Well Intervention (LWI) operations as needed.
• Examine and authorize maintenance procedures, manuals, work packages, and associated documentation.
• Promote performance enhancement, cost savings, and continuous improvement programs.
• Guarantee adherence to Company standards.
