About the role

• Metro Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Real Estate division.
• You will be responsible for promoting and selling both off-plan and completed properties, generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
• This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through digital and offline channels
• Present and promote company properties to prospective clients
• Conduct property inspections and site tours
• Manage client relationships from inquiry to closing
• Negotiate terms and close property sales
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
• Coordinate with the marketing and design team on promotional materials
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure proper documentation and support clients through the closing process

Requirements

• BSc in Marketing, social science or any other related field
• Minimum of 3-5years sales experience in real estate
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills
• Basic digital marketing and lead generation knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines.
