Job Description
In this role, you will play a crucial part in technically aligning our products and solutions with our client missions. You will engage directly with clients' technical teams, align complex technical requirements, and lead the entire process-from acquiring demonstration projects to commercial adoption-from both a technical and business perspective.
1. Technical Consulting & Pre-Sales
Understand the mission requirements (orbit insertion, orbit maintenance, de-orbiting, etc.) of satellite operators, and propose the technical and commercial value of our propulsion systems. Conduct direct discussions with clients' technical teams to align initial interface and system requirements.
2. Technical Proposal Creation & Internal Collaboration
Work closely with our internal engineering teams to take the lead in drafting and finalizing technical proposals for clients.
3. Strategic Partnership Building
In addition to commercial sales, actively develop strategic partners aimed at joint in-orbit demonstrations and accumulating flight heritage.
4. Project Execution & Delivery Management
Support overall project management, spanning from condition negotiations for contract closure (in collaboration with the legal and management teams) to post-contract delivery and operational support.
5. Enhancing Global Market Presence
Participate in domestic and international conferences and exhibitions. Generate leads through networking and delivering presentations grounded in technical insights.

1.技術コンサルティングおよびプリセールス
国内外の衛星事業者（メーカー・オペレーター）のミッション要件（軌道投入、軌道制御、軌道離脱等）を理解し、当社の推進機がもたらす技術的・商業的価値を提案する。
顧客の技術チームとの直接的なディスカッション、およびインターフェース要件等の初期すり合わせを行う。
2.技術提案書の作成と社内連携
社内の技術チームと密に連携し、顧客向けの提案書の作成を主導する。
3.戦略的パートナーシップの構築
商用販売に加え、共同実証やフライト実績（Flight Heritage）の獲得に向けた戦略的パートナーを開拓する。
4.プロジェクト推進・履行管理
契約締結に向けた条件交渉（法務・マネジメント層と連携）から、成約後の納品から運用サポートに至るプロジェクト管理をサポートする。
5. グローバル市場でのプレゼンス向上
国内外の宇宙産業カンファレンス、展示会に参加し、技術的な知見に基づいたプレゼンテーションやネットワーキングを通じたリード獲得を行う。
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Physics, etc.) or equivalent technical background.
* Strong communication skills to comprehend complex system and hardware specifications, and explain them logically and clearly to clients.
* Business-level English (including reading/writing and the speaking ability to conduct technical discussions with international clients).
* A strong eagerness to learn and keep up-to-date with related specialized technologies (space engineering, propulsion engineering, etc.).

* 関連する専門技術（宇宙工学・推進工学など）に対する強い学習意欲とキャッチアップ能力
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in technical sales or business development within deep-tech, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
* Basic knowledge of satellite systems, thrusters, or related space components.
* Experience in new business development for overseas markets and cross-border project execution.
* Basic understanding of contract procedures and project management methodologies.
* Understanding of the Japanese language (a plus for facilitating smooth communication with our internal engineering teams in Japan).
