Client Solutions Manager - Russian speaking

What you'll do:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients, understanding their marketing objectives and ensuring campaign success.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid-social strategies across platforms, leveraging your understanding of traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams-sales, creative, and technical-to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Innovation & Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas that improve campaign performance.

What you need for this role:

• 1-3 years of experience in client solutions, account management, sales, business development, or media buying.
• Hands-on experience with paid-social platforms (preferably TikTok, but Meta, Snap, X, or Reddit are also acceptable).
• Understanding of effective traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both internally and externally.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a drive to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
