Alfa Laval is on a transformative HR journey, developing a local HR Service Center in Kraków to streamline processes, deliver efficient HR operations and provide best-in-class employee support, with a strong focus on self-service and automation.

Our HR team in Kraków is well established and has ambitious plans for further development. We are looking for a new team member to join us for a 12-month fixed-term assignment. If you are eager to make a difference in HR operations, this could be the right opportunity for you.
