We are looking for a QHSE Engineer to join our team and help shape a strong culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental responsibility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence how we work, drive meaningful improvements, and partner with local and regional leaders to create a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
About the Role:
As a QHSE Engineer, you will support and lead initiatives across service operations and office facilities. You will help ensure compliance with global Alfa Laval standards and local regulations while encouraging employees and stakeholders to take an active role in continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) initiatives aligned with global standards and local requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across service operations and office facilities.
- Support and maintain ISO management systems, audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
- Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and improvement programs.
- Deliver training, guidance, and awareness programs to employees and stakeholders.
- Contribute to sustainability and environmental initiatives, supporting long-term business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in QHSE, Quality, Health & Safety, or Environmental Management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience with audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
