Role overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO & Delivery Management Leader to establish and lead enterprise-wide project management standards, governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and portfolio management practices.

The role will drive delivery excellence, operational transformation, AI-enabled program management, portfolio governance, financial and resource management, and executive visibility across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong PMO leadership with financial and commercial acumen, technology expertise, and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The candidate will also play a key role in leveraging platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, Power BI, SharePoint, and HCM platforms to automate reporting, improve decision-making, optimize resources, and strengthen delivery performance.

Key responsibilities:

1.Enterprise PMO Leadership

• Define enterprise-wide PM standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
• Establish consistent project lifecycles, stage gates, reporting standards, and delivery controls.
• Drive organizational maturity across project, program, and portfolio management.
• Establish standardized governance practices across delivery functions.
• Ensure consistent adoption of PMO processes and delivery standards.

2.Delivery Excellence & Operational Transformation

• Improve delivery predictability, quality, utilization, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across project and delivery practices.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements.
• Establish metrics and governance mechanisms to measure delivery effectiveness.
• Drive operational transformation through process standardization and automation.

3.AI-Driven Program Management

• Lead adoption of AI and automation across the PMO.
• Implement AI-powered planning, reporting, forecasting, risk management, and resource optimization.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into project and portfolio management processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and their applicability to delivery operations.
• Drive responsible adoption of AI tools to improve PMO productivity and decision-making.

4.Portfolio Governance & Executive Visibility

• Establish executive dashboards and portfolio reporting mechanisms.
• Provide proactive visibility into project health, delivery risks, utilization, and financial performance.
• Develop portfolio-level reporting for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Translate complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Prepare visually driven presentations covering financial, operational, and delivery performance.

5.Financial & Resource Governance

• Partner with Finance to improve utilization, forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition, and profitability.
• Strengthen enterprise resource planning and capacity management.
• Monitor project and portfolio budgets, margins, utilization, and financial performance.
• Support financial forecasting and resource planning across delivery functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve resource utilization and delivery profitability.

6.Technology & Delivery Platforms

• Maximize the value of Jira, Tempo, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, Power BI, Salesforce, NetSuite, SharePoint, and Keka.
• Drive automation of manual reporting and operational processes.
• Develop integrated dashboards and reporting mechanisms across business platforms.
• Improve data visibility and system utilization across PMO and delivery operations.
• Identify opportunities to integrate technology platforms to improve enterprise reporting and governance.

7.Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Finance, HR, and executive leadership.
• Influence alignment and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment on enterprise priorities.
• Support executive decision-making through data-driven insights and governance.

8.Customer Success & Delivery Governance

• Lead delivery health reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen governance for strategic customer programs.
• Monitor customer delivery performance, risks, escalations, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish governance mechanisms to maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive proactive identification and resolution of delivery risks.

9.PMO Capability Development

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing PMO organization.
• Drive coaching, certification, AI enablement, and leadership development.
• Establish career development and capability-building initiatives for PMO professionals.
• Promote consistent project management practices and knowledge sharing.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.

Required technical skills and competencies:

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery or program management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or portfolio leadership.
• Proven experience leading an end-to-end PMO function.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgets, utilization, margins, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability.
• Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management.
• Strong project management experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong experience with Jira and project management platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce modules and enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Experience with AI and machine learning integration within Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Power BI, SharePoint, and HCM platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, and related productivity and analytics platforms.
• Strong reporting, dashboarding, data analysis, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
