Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in B2B technology or services to lead visual design across brand, campaigns, digital platforms, and sales enablement. The role involves translating complex engineering and transformation stories into clear, compelling visuals that build brand authority and support revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong design craft, versatility, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Execution & Design
- Design high-quality creative assets for social media, paid advertisements, email campaigns, websites, and marketing initiatives.
- Create event assets, sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and solution overviews that support sales teams in advancing opportunities.
- Develop landing pages, website visuals, and UI mockups using Figma.
- Deliver creative assets across digital, print, presentation, and marketing formats.
2. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency
- Help develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across customer touchpoints.
- Maintain brand guidelines, reusable templates, asset libraries, and visual standards.
- Review creative work to ensure consistency and quality across channels.
- Protect brand consistency while introducing fresh creative ideas and approaches.
3. Visual Storytelling & Creative Conceptualization
- Translate rough briefs, marketing concepts, and informal requests into compelling visual designs.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into infographics, diagrams, and illustrations for executive audiences.
- Develop creative concepts that communicate engineering and transformation stories clearly and effectively.
- Share references, challenge briefs constructively, and recommend improved creative approaches.
4. Performance-Focused Design
- Create visuals that support marketing objectives, including engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Experiment with different creative concepts, formats, and visual approaches.
- Evaluate creative effectiveness and apply learnings to improve future design output.
- Understand conversion-focused design principles and contribute to A/B testing initiatives.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with content, growth, campaign, Demand Generation, and Solution Marketing teams.
- Align creative output with marketing strategy, business objectives, and campaign timelines.
- Work closely with sales and web teams to develop effective sales enablement and digital assets.
- Present design rationale and incorporate stakeholder feedback where appropriate.
6. Project Management & Ownership
- Manage multiple creative projects, competing priorities, and deadlines independently.
- Deliver high-quality work without requiring constant direction.
- Maintain creative quality and consistency while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Take ownership of design projects from initial concept through final delivery.
Required Technical Skills & Competencies
- Strong professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or services.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, digital, and presentation design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Expert proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong command of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and color.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear and compelling visuals.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders.
