Compiti

  • predisposizione delle Richieste d'Offerta (RdO) verso i fornitori qualificati, sulla base delle Richieste d'Acquisto (RdA) ricevute dalle funzioni interne;
  • cura della tabulazione commerciale delle offerte e gestisce gli allineamenti tecnici ed economici con i fornitori;
  • preparazione Ordini d'Acquisto (OdA) o contratti, sottoponendoli all'approvazione del Responsabile;
  • gestione delle attività di expediting degli ordini fino alla completa consegna dei materiali e della relativa documentazione e certificazioni;
  • collabora alle attività di ricerca, selezione e valutazione periodica dei fornitori.

Competenze richieste

  • diploma o laurea, preferibilmente in ambito tecnico;
  • conoscenza del disegno tecnico (preferenziale);
  • almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo;
  • Esperienza in contesti produttivi o officine meccaniche considerata un plus;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Ottime capacità negoziali, comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team.

Offerta

  • inserimento diretto in azienda;
  • Retribuzione: €28.000 - €30.000 RAL, commisurata all'esperienza, CCNL Metalmeccanico industria;
  • buoni pasto: 6 Euro.
