Per consolidata azienda specializzata nelle lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione, con particolare focus sulla produzione di camme, ricerchiamo un/una Responsabile Officina Meccanica a cui affidare la gestione completa e autonoma del reparto produttivo.

La persona selezionata avrà la responsabilità della conduzione dell'officina e del corretto funzionamento dell'azienda sotto il profilo:

  • Produttivo e operativo
  • Organizzativo
  • Tecnico
  • Gestione delle persone
  • Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti

Il ruolo prevede il coordinamento di un team di circa 10 collaboratori e richiede un'elevata autonomia nella gestione delle attività, delle risorse e dei processi produttivi.

La figura sarà il punto di riferimento tecnico e organizzativo dell'officina, garantendo qualità, efficienza, rispetto delle tempistiche e soddisfazione del cliente.

Candidati se...

  • Sei in possesso di diploma tecnico
  • Hai esperienza di almeno 8-10 anni in ruoli analoghi
  • Hai una ottima conoscenza delle lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione
  • Hai sviluppato una solida esperienza su:
    • Torni CNC
    • Frese e centri di lavoro CNC
    • Cicli di lavorazione
    • Attrezzaggio e processi produttivi
  • Conosci i software CAD/CAM
  • Hai una buona capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione della produzione
  • Hai esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento delle persone

Cosa offriamo
