Stanley Access Technologies (An Allegion Company) is hosting a weekly Interview Open House for current manufacturing roles at our Greenfield Indiana location. If you’re looking for an opportunity with room to grow, we’d love to meet you.
Details:
- When: Every Wednesday, begininng August 26, 2026, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST
- Where: Stanley Access Technologies, 6825 West 400 North, Building 120, Greenfield, IN 46140
- Positions: Assemblers, CNC Machinists, and related roles
- What to bring: Resume and any relevant certifications.
- Attire: Closed toe shoes and pants are required. Shorts are not permitted.
- RSVP: Pre-register by applying today!
- Walk-ins are welcome if capacity allows.
What to Expect:
- Check-in and quick sign-in
- On-site interview with hiring leader and information about the roles
- Next steps communicated the same day or within 48-72 hours

What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma
- 6 + months of Assembly experience
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Ability to move/lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work overtime, as needed
