As an IT Stability & Operational Excellence Analyst, you will work at the intersection of IT operations, data analytics and AI-driven automation, helping us improve the reliability and quality of our infrastructure services at scale.
You will turn operational data into meaningful insights, identify opportunities to prevent incidents and reduce risk, and explore how AI and automation can make our IT operations smarter and more efficient. Working alongside technical teams, vendors and stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives with direct and visible impact across the organization.

What you do
- Contribute to the IT stability roadmap, supporting initiatives that improve change quality, service resilience and operational risk management.
- Monitor and analyze infrastructure and service performance to identify trends, risks and potential issues before they impact operations.
- Support the incident, problem and change management lifecycle, coordinating resolution, root cause analysis and preventive actions across technical teams.
- Use data analytics to uncover patterns and improvement opportunities, build meaningful KPIs and translate operational insights into concrete actions.
- Identify and help implement AI and automation opportunities that improve monitoring, incident resolution, change delivery and overall service efficiency.
- Drive continuous service improvement, optimizing processes and reducing manual effort across IT operations.
- Manage improvement initiatives end-to-end, coordinating scope, milestones, dependencies and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate insights, service performance and improvement initiatives clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
What you bring
- A degree in Technology, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, combined with experience in IT operations, service management or process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with incident and change management, including incident coordination, change risk assessment and ITSM governance.
- Strong data analytics skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI or SQL to analyze operational data, build KPIs and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification, or the motivation to obtain it, together with a good understanding of IT service management principles.
- Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives in complex or fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- A structured, analytical and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of your work.
- Experience with ServiceNow, AI or automation tools, observability/AIOps practices, or Agile/Scrum environments would be a strong advantage.
