Nel ruolo di AI Software Engineer sarai responsabile dell'intero ciclo di vita di sviluppo, dalla formalizzazione di concetti astratti alla messa in produzione di sistemi complessi. Sfruttando Coding Agents di ultima generazione, agirai come un vero e proprio "moltiplicatore tecnologico", garantendo l'eccellenza architetturale e l'integrità del sistema in ambienti Cloud-Native.

Avrai le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Architectural Orchestration: Progettazione E2E di sistemi distribuiti, definendo i pattern di comunicazione e i modelli di dati necessari per soluzioni scalabili.
  • AI Agent Steering: Guida e supervisione di agenti autonomi per l'implementazione del codice (Java, Python, TypeScript), assicurando il rispetto di standard qualitativi elevati.
  • Requirement Engineering: Traduzione di ipotesi di ricerca avanzata in specifiche tecniche dettagliate, testabili e pronte per l'industrializzazione.
  • Security & Validation: Esecuzione di audit critici sul codice generato dall'IA per garantire i massimi livelli di sicurezza, performance e manutenibilità a lungo termine.
