Junior Fullstack Developer - AI Focus

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer, who wants to grow in a modern, AI-driven development environment.

This is not a traditional junior developer role. We are looking for someone passionate about Fullstack Development, but also genuinely curious about AI tools, automation and agentic workflows - someone who already uses AI naturally to learn faster, automate tasks and improve the way they build software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js;
• Support the development of APIs and backend services with Node.js;
• Participate in the implementation of new features and improvements;
• Collaborate with product and design teams;
• Explore and integrate AI tools into development workflows;
• Support the creation of automations and AI - assisted solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Fullstack or Software Development;
• Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs and databases;
• Strong motivation to learn and grow as a Fullstack Developer;
• Proven hands-on experience with AI projects (academic, personal or freelance);
• Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-powered automations;
• Responsibility, teamwork, and proactivity.

Nice to Have

• Open to joining through a Professional Internship is a plus;
• Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or Claude;
• Familiarity with AI APIs and agent frameworks;
• Interest in prompt engineering and workflow optimization;
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or DevOps concepts.
