CRM Manager (GCC)

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking CRM Manager to own the CRM strategy and performance of our GCC brands. You will be responsible for the full player lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation, and for improving key metrics such as retention, churn and player value.

This is a hands-on role: you will define the strategy but also build, launch and optimize campaigns and flows yourself.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Performance

• Own the CRM strategy for our GCC brands across the full player lifecycle: onboarding, FTD/STD conversion, retention, VIP support and reactivation.
• Own and continuously improve key CRM flows and journeys: welcome, early-life, deposit, churn prevention, win-back and late conversion.
• Be accountable for core CRM KPIs: retention, churn, reactivation, deposit conversion, player value (LTV/NGR) and channel performance.
• Analyze player behavior and campaign results, find growth opportunities and turn them into concrete actions.
• Plan and run A/B tests on offers, timing, content and channels, and scale what works.
• Build and manage the GCC promo calendar, including key local events (e.g. Ramadan, Eid, national holidays).
• Define segmentation and personalization logic for offers and communications.

Execution

• Set up campaigns, journeys, bonuses and player communications (email, push, SMS, pop-ups, inbox) yourself in the CRM platform.
• Prepare, upload and verify customer segments.
• Run detailed QA before every launch: content, Arabic text and RTL formatting, links, targeting, eligibility, timing and settings.
• Schedule and launch campaigns according to the CRM calendar, then monitor delivery and fix issues quickly.
• Own Arabic CRM content: localization, tone of voice and cultural fit for GCC players.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Report regularly on performance, with insights and recommendations for the Head of CRM and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the VIP, Marketing, Design, Product and BI teams.
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis, content creation and QA.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Arabic, written and spoken; Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• 3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming, including ownership of lifecycle flows and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience setting up campaigns and journeys in a CRM platform. Strategy-only experience is not enough.
• Experience with Smartico.
• Proven track record of improving retention, reducing churn or growing player value.
• Strong understanding of GCC / Arabic-speaking markets and player behaviour.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data, segments and campaign reporting.
• Very high attention to detail, with a structured and organised approach.
• Comfortable with operational and repetitive work while keeping high accuracy.
• Practical experience with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) and good Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Nice to Have:

• Sportsbook CRM experience.
• Experience with VIP or loyalty programs.
