This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a high-performance environment, delivering best-in-class sponsorship activation programmes while leading and developing talent within the Partnerships team.

Reporting to the Head of Partner Management, you will take ownership of key partner relationships, while providing senior oversight across a wider portfolio of commercial partners. You will ensure contractual commitments are delivered, objectives are exceeded, and long-term value is created for both partners and the business.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Partner Manager, you will:

  • Provide senior oversight and strategic direction across a wider partnership portfolio, supporting Partner Managers, driving consistency in delivery, and ensuring partner objectives are achieved.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of key commercial partnerships, delivering exceptional service and measurable value.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, identifying innovative opportunities that drive engagement, retention and growth.
  • Lead strategic planning, performance reviews and KPI reporting to maximise partnership success.
  • Collaborate across Commercial, Marketing, Communications, Business Intelligence and Engineering teams to deliver world-class activations.
  • Champion continuous improvement, enhancing sponsorship programmes, partner experiences and ways of working

Leadership Responsibilities

In addition to managing key relationships, you will play an important leadership role within the Partnerships team by:

  • Providing line management, coaching and mentoring to Partner Managers and/or Senior Executives.
  • Setting clear objectives and supporting professional development.
  • Delivering regular performance reviews and development discussions.
  • Supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing and high performance across the wider team.
  • Helping to foster a positive, inclusive and supportive team culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sponsorship, partnerships or marketing activation, with a strong commercial mindset and track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships at all levels.
  • Experience driving partner value through activation, performance measurement and data-led decision making.
  • A collaborative leader who can coach others and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Formula 1, motorsport or elite sports experience is highly desirable, alongside knowledge of technical partnerships and international markets.

About You

You are a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on delivering exceptional partner experiences. You combine strong leadership skills with outstanding attention to detail and have the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to work within a world-class sporting environment, partnering with globally recognised brands and helping shape the future of some of the most innovative commercial partnerships in sport.
