Join our team as a Client Service Executive in the Netherlands. In this role, you will manage the operational relationship between our clients and various internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition from registration to their first payment and trade. You will be the first point of contact for routine client, payment, and onboarding queries, and will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Trading, Compliance, and Operations. Strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of FX products, and previous CRM experience are preferred.
Missions
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the operational relationship and ensuring smooth progression from registration to first trade.
- Coordinate and follow up with new inbound clients, providing assistance throughout the onboarding process and addressing any routine queries.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM, coordinate routine client reporting, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Profil recherché
- Highly organised, responsive and comfortable managing multiple requests- A basic understanding of FX products, payments, trading processes and KYC would be beneficial
- Previous CRM experience is helpful
- Confident working with clients, partners and internal teams
- Able to take ownership of issues and coordinate them through to resolution
- Excellent client-service and communication skills
