Ai Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's or PhD preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant exposure to ML systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design).
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems at scale.
• Ability to identify patterns and create reusable solutions/assets.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM-based systems.
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts (optimisation, statistics, linear algebra).
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems; experience evaluating models using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini ecosystems.
• Understanding of computer vision techniques such as object detection and semantic or instance segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, drift detection).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, etc. )
• Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code.
• Contributions to open-source, research publications, or patents (a strong plus).
• Experience reading or implementing research papers.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
• Experience influencing technical direction and mentoring engineers.
