About the job :
The Principal Product Manager will lead priority Front Office / SECO transformation initiatives from problem definition and MVP development through launch, adoption and scale.
What You'll Do :
Own the Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap :
- Own the vision, strategy and outcome-driven roadmap for priority Front Office / SECO initiatives.
- Develop compelling value propositions and investment cases that connect customer value with revenue and strategic impact.
- Define the path from MVP to scale through target segments and phased rollouts.
Lead Adoption from MVP to Scale :
- Own the end-to-end adoption strategy from customer validation through launch, activation, and sustained value realization.
- Develop segment-specific adoption playbooks combining in-product guidance, defaults, and enablement.
- Define success measures and use product analytics to assess performance and refine the user experience.
Define and Use Adoption Metrics :
- Define an end-to-end adoption measurement framework covering activation, usage depth, and retention.
- Combine quantitative analytics with customer research to understand adoption drivers and barriers.
Drive Cross-Functional Programs :
- Lead complex cross-functional programs, aligning roadmaps and product decisions.
- Influence senior stakeholders and sustain momentum amid ambiguity.
Engage Customers and Shape the Product :
- Monitor competitors and technology trends to identify opportunities.
- Build lasting customer partnerships through discovery and co-creation.
Strengthen Product Excellence :
- Champion outcome-based planning and disciplined discovery across the product area.
- Coach product managers on adoption thinking, product analytics, and experimentation.
What You Bring :
- Significant product management experience leading complex B2B or enterprise initiatives.
- Strong record of owning product strategy and roadmaps with difficult trade-offs.
- Deep practical knowledge of adoption levers, segmentation, and migration approaches.
- Experience in travel technology or large-scale workflow transformation is highly valuable.
