  • Deliver a professional, approachable, and customer-focused HR service, building strong relationships across the Corporate Offices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and Workday data, ensuring timely processing of all employee lifecycle changes.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR systems and personnel records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, employee letters, visa documentation, and offboarding paperwork.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless colleague experience.
  • Administer colleague benefits and statutory processes, including payroll inputs, right-to-work checks, visas, parental leave, and other local requirements.
  • Support HR compliance activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Partner with Office Managers to support colleague welfare, engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and social events.
  • Provide operational HR support, including process improvements, budget administration, invoice processing, expense tracking, and wider team support.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ HR generalist experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or service-driven environments.
  • Experience managing employee queries and providing first-line employee relations support.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards accreditation is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms; Workday experience and exposure to international or multi-jurisdiction HR environments are advantageous.
