Location Overview

Role
We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Assistant (Receptionist) to join our Front Office team at Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Front Office Management Team, the Guest Assistant will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional, personalised service that Amanzoe is known for. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, proactive, and passionate about hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm and seamless welcome and departure experience to all guests.
- Support daily Front Office operations including check-in/out, guest communication, and concierge services.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with efficiency, discretion, and care.
- Maintain guest profiles and history to ensure a tailored experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer thoughtful solutions or assistance.
- Promote in-house services and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure workspaces and guest-facing areas are kept clean, organised, and professional.
- Uphold Amanzoe’s service standards and brand values in all guest interactions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Front Office or in a Guest Assistant role, ideally in a 5-star luxury resort or hotel.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management from a certified institution.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or Fidelio is essential, as well as MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.
- Knowledge of an additional language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, or others) is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging personality.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Legal right to live and work in Greece is required.
