We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to strengthen the product design team and take ownership of complex product initiatives from problem discovery through implementation.
This is a priority replacement role to maintain design capacity, product quality, and delivery continuity across multiple products and initiatives.
The Senior Product Designer will report to the Lead Product Designer and work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Engineers, Business, Data, and other relevant stakeholders.
Beyond strong product design fundamentals, we are looking for someone who actively explores how automation, AI, and design tooling can improve the way designers work. This person should be comfortable identifying repetitive work, experimenting with new tools, and creating practical solutions that improve design efficiency and team workflows
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product design process, from problem definition, ideation, and solutioning.
- Work across multiple products or product domains and adapt to different user journeys, business models, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Business, and other stakeholders to define problems and identify appropriate solutions, and act as a growth driver by taking ownership of specific sub-metrics to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Act as a Growth Enabler, go beyond simply translating requirements by actively elevating the design craft to add tangible product value, establish rigorous feature evaluations and continuous feedback loops to ensure design solutions proactively enable product success.
- Experiment with AI-assisted workflows to improve activities such as research synthesis, documentation, design QA, product analysis, and repetitive design operations.
Requirements:
4-7+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or a similar digital product design role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across several products, domains, or complex initiatives.
Strong product thinking and ability to independently understand problems, define solutions, and make design decisions.
Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design.
Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to read and interpret product metrics, funnels, conversion rates, user behavior, and experiment results to support design decisions.
Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience in improving design workflows using automation, AI, or technical tooling.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain design rationale, challenge assumptions, and facilitate decision-making.
Bonus points if:
Has created or contributed to a Figma plugin, internal design tool, script, or other tooling that solves a real workflow problem.
Has built or contributed to automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, scripts, or similar platforms.
Actively experiments with AI tools, AI agents, LLMs, MCP, or AI-assisted design workflows to improve daily productivity.
Has contributed to or created dashboards for data analysis using Mixpanel, Looker, and Google Analytics.
Has experience designing fintech, banking, lending, financial services, or other complex/regulated digital products.
