Amazon is an American technology and retail conglomerate founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 as an online bookstore and headquartered in Seattle, Washington. It operates the world's largest online marketplace together with a global logistics network, physical grocery stores and a third-party seller platform that accounts for most units sold. Amazon Web Services, launched in 2006, is the leading public cloud provider and generates the majority of the group's operating profit, while advertising, Prime Video, Alexa devices and Kuiper satellite broadband round out the business.

Come help us build the teams that keep the world's most advanced cloud infrastructure running.

Are you passionate about developing people and helping them succeed in complex technical environments? Do you enjoy translating technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences? Join our Data Center Communities (DCC) Operations team, where you'll play a key role in preparing the next generation of data center professionals to operate and maintain AWS' infrastructure.

As a Technical Trainer, you will deliver and manage technical training programs for new hires, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of subject matter experts, instructional designers, and operations leaders to continuously improve how we develop talent.

We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain - and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
