Key job responsibilities

• Involved in the preparation of month-end closing activities, and be responsible for the maintenance and further development of management reporting.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data and build financial models to identify better ways to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to cost-effectiveness and variance analyses, and work on specific and cross-divisional issues to help our business deliver the best to our customers.
• Build trusted partnerships with the business to influence tactical and strategic business decisions that promote business improvements and cost reductions. A day in the life Your paid 6/12-month working student includes:

Basic qualifications

- Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree with an anticipated graduation date after the completion of your internship.

- Relevant studies in Economics, Finance, or an Applied Science major (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, or similar disciplines).

- Available to commence your Working Student role between January and September 2027. Yes, our start dates are flexible! You should then be available between 6 and up to 12 months (10 up to 20h/week). Working Student length is subject to availability.

- Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level - C1 or higher).

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. macros, pivots, lookups, VBA).

- You must have the right to work in the country of employment.

- You will be based in Munich for the duration of the contract.

Preferred qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets, presenting actionable data-driven insights.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with others, driving your solutions to Deliver Results.

- Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

- Data visualization skills, such as proficiency in Tableau, QlikView, PowerPivot, or MicroStrategy, Amazon Quick Sight.

- Oracle, VBA and MySQL/SQL knowledge.

- Basic knowledge of and interest in AI.

- Fluent written and verbal communication in German (Level - B2 or higher). Applications with German (Level - B1 or lower) will be also considered.
