Amazon is an American technology and retail conglomerate founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 as an online bookstore and headquartered in Seattle, Washington. It operates the world's largest online marketplace together with a global logistics network, physical grocery stores and a third-party seller platform that accounts for most units sold. Amazon Web Services, launched in 2006, is the leading public cloud provider and generates the majority of the group's operating profit, while advertising, Prime Video, Alexa devices and Kuiper satellite broadband round out the business.

The Global ATS Product Manager is a strategic, customer-obsessed leader responsible for defining the vision, driving adoption, and continuously improving the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that powers the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) hiring and onboarding experience. This role spans a global portfolio currently servicing the US, MX, CA, BR, EU, UAE, and JP with planned future expansions.

The ATS Product Manager owns the full product lifecycle-from strategy and definition through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement-ensuring DSPs can hire and onboard Delivery Associates as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires the ability to operate as both a product leader and a hands-on program executor in a fast-moving environment.

The product manager owns and drives the global ATS customer-working-backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals, and working backwards documents (press release, FAQ) informed by customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics. They articulate enterprise and global needs to conceive and deliver innovative solutions that drive DA candidate engagement, conversion, and DSP hiring. They serve as the subject matter expert on the ATS, understanding how the product works, how end users leverage it, and the costs and resources involved in executing hiring and onboarding tasks.

The ATS Product Manager own the product roadmap, working with internal and 3rd party partners to define and deliver product enhancements and new country launches to drive DSP adoption and product usage while ensuring DSP's can solve their hiring needs to ensure they meet delivery capacity.

Product Planning & Execution

Define and own the program strategy, project plans, and business requirements for product releases, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals.

Product Launch & Adoption

Own the go-to-market plan to deliver results that ensure customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans.

Drive ATS adoption by articulating impact to cognitive load, cost, and conversion to stakeholders.

Launch and manage change management communications, education channels, and programs for both internal Amazonian end users and DSPs.

Own change management holistically from ideation through continuous improvement post-launch.

Global Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all ATS stakeholders across global regions, ensuring all communities are included, informed, and treated with the same level of care regardless of proximity.

Understand, coordinate, and influence roadmaps to push improvements that service the DSP and DA experience.
