Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong technical depth and hands-on exposure to AI/ML and generative AI to drive the strategy, development, and execution of technology-led products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with engineering, design, data science, AI/ML, and business teams to translate customer and business problems into scalable product solutions. You should be able to understand technical architecture, APIs, data flows, AI capabilities, and system constraints while maintaining a strong product mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for technology and AI-driven products.
• Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to define product requirements, use cases, and technical specifications.
• Translate complex business and customer problems into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Drive products through the complete lifecycle of discovery, requirements, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, automation, and intelligent workflows within products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, microservices, data pipelines, integrations, system architecture, scalability, security, and performance.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to evaluate model capabilities, accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and overall product impact.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, business outcomes, and customer success metrics.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to identify pain points and validate product opportunities.
• Prioritize initiatives using customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Lead cross-functional execution and proactively identify and resolve product and technical dependencies.
• Work with engineering and QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Define experimentation and feedback loops to continuously improve AI-powered features.
• Stay current with developments in GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, multimodal AI, and AI-enabled product experiences.

Requirements:

• 5-9 years of experience in product management, technical product management, software engineering + product, or a similar technology-focused role.
• Strong understanding of software development and engineering principles.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, distributed systems, cloud technologies, microservices, and system architecture.
• Demonstrated exposure to AI/ML or generative AI products and use cases.
• Good understanding of concepts such as LLMs and foundation models, prompt engineering, RAG, and the AI age.
