Program Manager, Relay Product Excellence

We are looking for a versatile Program Manager to drive execution across the Program Delivery pillar and support strategic work across the full Strategic Programs and Organization eXcellence team (SPOX) portfolio. This is a broad, high-trust and high-visibility role: you will own programs end to end, run the operating rhythms that keep Relay Product Excellence (RPE) organization moving, and step in wherever a strategic program needs an owner. When something lacks a clear home, you take it, deliver results, and hand off cleanly once the path is defined.
You will succeed if you are strong at building mechanisms, thrive in ambiguity, drive accountability across teams you do not own, and communicate crisply to senior stakeholders. This role is a force multiplier for SPOX leadership, trusted to run point on a wide range of programs with minimal direction.
Key job responsibilities
- Own execution of Program Delivery programs end to end, including program charters - defining scope, milestones, owners, success metrics, and establishing feedback loop workstreams.
- Focus on continuous improvement of RPE operating rhythms and business cadences (WBR, MBR, planning cycles, work-back plans), turning them into repeatable, automated mechanisms.
- Take ownership of strategic programs across the broader SPOX portfolio that need an owner, transitioning them cleanly once the path is defined.
- Build program documentation, status reporting, and dashboards that give leadership a clear, current view of health and progress.
- Drive planning and prioritization across stakeholders, surfacing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early and clearly.
- Identify process gaps and partner with Continuous Improvement SME on design of simpler, more scalable mechanisms that demonstrably accelerate delivery.
- Facilitate alignment across partner teams and functions, holding owners accountable to commitments without direct authority.
- Communicate status, decisions, and escalations to senior leaders in a concise, data-backed way.
A day in the life
You partner daily with SPOX pillar leads and Relay Product Excellence program owners to keep the operating rhythm on track and clearing blockers before they become escalations. Your week moves fluidly across the portfolio. One part is deep execution on a Program Delivery workstream, covering charters, milestones, and status. Another is picking up a newly surfaced strategic program that needs structure. You spend time in documents and dashboards, turning messy inputs into clear, data-backed reporting for senior leaders, and facilitating alignment across teams.

We drive organizational velocity through strategic program delivery, talent growth, and continuous improvement, providing the frameworks, mechanisms, and standards that empower teams to execute with speed, clarity, and consistency.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, driving execution, influencing senior stakeholders experience
Preferred qualifications
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
