It operates the world's largest online marketplace together with a global logistics network, physical grocery stores and a third-party seller platform that accounts for most units sold. As a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) in our Europe Operations and Fulfillment organization, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs that underpin Prime Air's mission to deliver safely and at scale. This role sits at the intersection of technical infrastructure delivery and strategic program leadership, serving as the critical bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders while driving operational excellence across Prime Air's European operations.

Key job responsibilities

You will drive cross-functional integration of European and US technical infrastructure, coordinating with engineering teams on system architecture decisions and technical dependencies. A critical part of your role involves establishing and maintaining standardized technical processes, tooling, and operational frameworks that drive efficiency and scalability across European infrastructure programs. In partnership with senior technical and business leadership across EU and US, you will drive alignment on infrastructure priorities and program execution, translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights. You will champion continuous improvement and innovation initiatives while ensuring teams maintain the highest safety and security standards. Working with the Public Policy, Economic Development, and Regulatory teams you will develop an integrated schedule to drive the launches of new sites in the UK and the EU.
