Lead the legal aspects of global M&A and Corporate Development transactions, from due diligence and deal structuring through signing, closing and post-merger integration.
What will your job look like?
- Act as the legal lead for acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and other strategic transactions.
- Lead legal due diligence, identify key risks and translate findings into deal protections.
- Advise on deal structure and partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, HR and other stakeholders.
- Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents, including NDAs, LOIs, SPAs/APAs and TSAs.
- Manage legal aspects of signing, closing and post-merger integration.
- Support complex cross-border transactions and improve M&A playbooks and AI-enabled legal processes.
All you need is...
- Qualified lawyer with strong hands-on M&A / Corporate Development experience, ideally from a leading law firm and/or multinational company.
- Proven experience leading M&A due diligence and negotiating transaction agreements.
- Experience with complex, cross-border transactions and managing external counsel.
- Strong commercial judgment, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple fast-moving workstreams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Technology, software or telecom experience is an advantage.
