Quality Engineer - Automation (Front End)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a test coordination role, with proficient knowledge of the testing life cycle, SDLC, and defect management.
• Proficient in speaking and writing in the French language.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automation or an equivalent technical role.
• Strong database knowledge: RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems)/Source-to-Target Mapping (STM)/ETL testing.
• SQL scripting expertise: Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Automation Testing (Any tools - Tosca DI/Selenium/Robot Framework/Parasoft SOAtest/Postman/RestAssured/ Cucumber).
• Working knowledge of cloud/Azure environment (e. g., Databricks).
• Experience in preparing test plans and test cases and being responsible for execution.
• Ability to support multiple projects within functional teams and end-to-end testing (program projects).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments.
• For automation and test script development: Python/Java/JavaScript.
• Automation Testing (Any tools: Tosca DI/Selenium/Robot Framework/Parasoft SOAtest/Postman/RestAssured/Cucumber).
• Defect and test management tools (any tool: JIRA/OpenText ALM/Confluence).

Nice to have skills:

• Experienced in IVR testing and familiar with standard IVR tools such as Hammer, Cyara Botium, and Cyara Velocity.
• Unix knowledge: for running and initiating jobs in UAT/SIT environments.
• Power BI or data visualization tools knowledge.
• Experienced in conducting accessibility testing.
