UI Angular Lead

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive architecture for enterprise Angular application ecosystems and frontend engineering standards.
• Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
• Drive consistency and scalability of UI across products and platforms.
• Establish UI standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across teams and projects.
• Leverage design trends, tools, and innovation to enhance UI capabilities.
• Lead strategic technical decisions related to Angular modernization and scalable frontend architecture.
• Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives ensuring future-ready application ecosystems.
• Collaborate with leadership teams and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices.
• Identify technical risks and architectural gaps proactively while defining mitigation strategies for long-term platform stability.
