Vos missions ?

En tant que technicien support informatique (H/F) vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:

-Traiter les incidents et les demandes utilisateurs.
-Superviser et traiter les alertes sur les sites distants (LAN, WAN, Serveurs).
-Configurer et installer des postes de travail et du matériel d'infrastructure.
-Intervenir sur sites : locaux techniques, matériels, câblage, etc.
-Participer aux projets informatiques : organisation des déploiements, planning, coordination et communication, etc.

Profil recherché

- Diplômé d'un Bac+2/3 (DUT/BTS/Licence), vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que technicien support informatique.
