Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Sales Development Representative is the starting point of AMODA's outbound engine. You will find and qualify companies that need fast, modular buildings (offices, outlets, clinics, sales galleries, site facilities), book meetings for our Business Development team, and make sure every meeting you hand over is genuinely worth a BD's time. You will work from target lists prepared with Marketing, and your success is measured by meetings that BDs accept and that move forward into design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and build contact lists in target segments (manufacturing, retail, corporate, healthcare, property) from target lists, LinkedIn, databases, and partner networks.

• Run multi-channel outreach (phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn) following AMODA's cadence and scripts.
• Reach a consistent daily activity level and log every activity in Bigin.
• Qualify prospects against AMODA's criteria: real need, project location, timeline within 6 months, reaction to indicative pricing, decision maker access, and minimum deal size.
• Book first meetings for the Mid-size BD team and hand over complete lead information in Bigin.
• Nurture leads that are not ready yet and re-engage them when timing fits.
• Share weekly insights on objections, segment response, and message performance with BD and Marketing.
• Help refine target lists, scripts, and qualification criteria based on what converts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Communication, Architecture or Engineering is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, SDR/BDR, or business development, preferably B2B.
• Comfortable making many calls and messages per day and handling rejection.
• Good written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia; working English.
• B2B prospecting in construction, property, building materials, interior, or industrial products.
• Experience using a CRM (Bigin, Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Track record of hitting meeting or lead targets.
• High energy, fast pace, and persistence in follow-up.
• Curious and good at asking questions to uncover real needs.
• Disciplined and organized; keeps data clean.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
