  • Provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice
  • Lead and/or support organisational change activities, managing the detail and coordinating stakeholders
  • Support cyclical people processes, including promotions and salary reviews
  • Work closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to deliver an efficient, seamless and positive recruitment experience
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve people processes, resources and ways of working
  • Support and/or lead wider business initiatives and projects
  • Translate people data and insights into meaningful actions, identifying trends, opportunities and practical improvements
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across the business, demonstrating sound judgement, discretion and a strong understanding of our culture, value and behaviours
  • Maintain a strong focus on the employee experience, ensuring our people receive consistent, timely and effective support throughout their employment journey

What you will need:

  • Previous experience in a People Advisor/HR Advisor role is essential, ideally gained within the professional services or legal sector
  • Demonstrable experience of independently managing employee relations cases from start to end is essential, including the confidence to manage complex, sensitive, and potentially contentious matters
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations processes
  • Experience supporting managers with the ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice
  • A confident approach to challenging existing ways of working, influencing stakeholders and balancing priorities with a commitment to delivering a positive people experience.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of work balancing competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office with an openness to embracing new technologies and AI enabled tools
