Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Part Time | Duvall, WA | 2026-2027 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, in-person position in Duvall, Washington. This opportunity offers 15 hours per week supporting students’ communication skills in a school setting. Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech-language goals
• Track student progress and maintain accurate service documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
• Recommend strategies and accommodations that support communication across school settings

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington State SLP license
• Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification in speech-language pathology
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage service schedules, documentation, and evaluation timelines
• Availability to work in person for 15 hours per week
• Ability to complete required district onboarding and background checks

Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above, following a short waiting period. This 15-hour-per-week position does not meet the healthcare benefits eligibility threshold.
