About the Role
Hello, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Arvada, CO. You'll support high school students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' academic success while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment. The role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services in a high school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
- Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
