Role Purpose

The Delivery Manager is the operational leader of the Product Business Unit, responsible for orchestrating execution across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture and Business stakeholders. Success in this role is measured not by Agile ceremonies, but by the team's ability to consistently deliver business outcomes with speed, quality and predictability.

As the Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) for the Integration Product Business Unit, you will act as the operational backbone of the Product Business Unit. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role focused on facilitating ceremonies. Instead, you will provide complete visibility across the pod, orchestrate execution, manage dependencies, remove bottlenecks, hold teams accountable and ensure roadmap commitments are delivered with quality and predictability. Think of this role as the COO of the Product Business Unit from an execution perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of roadmap commitments across the Integration Product Business Unit.

• Maintain a complete horizontal view of all initiatives, commitments, milestones, dependencies and risks.

• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, DevOps, Customer Success and other Product Business Units.

• Hold teams accountable for commitments, timelines, quality and delivery outcomes.

• Challenge execution delays, unclear ownership and process deviations while driving timely resolution.

• Own release readiness and proactively manage cross-team dependencies.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies where they add value, with emphasis on outcomes rather than rituals.

• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, process optimisation and delivery excellence.

• Champion AI-first engineering and automation to improve delivery speed and operational efficiency.

  Delivery Governance & Executive Reporting

• Own the operational dashboard for the Product Business Unit, providing leadership with clear visibility into roadmap progress, delivery health, engineering capacity, risks, dependencies, release readiness and key execution metrics.

• Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly execution reviews for Product Business Unit leadership.

• Develop meaningful KPIs, scorecards and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.

• Ensure blockers, risks and critical decisions are escalated proactively with clear mitigation plans.

• Drive transparency through accurate reporting, governance and follow-through on action items.

  Leadership Expectations

• Act as the operational orchestrator of the Product Business Unit.

• Be the glue connecting Product, Engineering, QA, Delivery and business stakeholders.

• Influence without formal authority and build strong cross-functional relationships.

• Create clarity during ambiguity and drive decisions to execution.

• Balance empathy with high accountability and execution discipline.

  Required Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Project Management, Scrum Master or Engineering Operations roles.

• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products in Agile environments.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, release management and engineering metrics.

• Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms and CI/CD.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery tools.

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce or Enterprise SaaS is preferred.

The Delivery Manager is one of the key leadership roles within the Product Business Unit, partnering closely with the PBU Head and Engineering Manager to enable high-performing product teams.
