Product Designer (3-5 Years Experience)

Role Overview : As a Product Designer at Anchanto, you will help shape the user experience across our suite of Enterprise SaaS products, including Order Management (OMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), and Omnichannel Commerce solutions. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers to transform complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world business problems, designing for data-rich environments, and contributing to a growing design system.

Key Responsibilities / What You Will Own 

Product Design 

•  Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
•  Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
•  Simplify complex workflows related to inventory, logistics, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment.
•  Create responsive and accessible experiences across web applications

User Research & Validation

• Participate in user interviews, usability testing, and customer discovery activities.

• Analyze customer feedback and behavioral insights.

• Validate design solutions using qualitative and quantitative data.

Design System Contribution

• Contribute to the Anchanto Design System.

• Utilize reusable components and design patterns.

• Ensure consistency across products and modules

Design-to-Development Collaboration

• Work closely with engineers during implementation.

• Provide design specifications and assets.

• Participate in design reviews and implementation validation.

AI-Assisted Design

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, and similar technologies for research, ideation, documentation, and prototyping.

• Stay updated with emerging AI design trends and workflows

Skills & Experience Required 

• 3-5 years of Product Design or UI/UX Design experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and design thinking. Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.

• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred 

• Experience designing Enterprise SaaS or B2B products.

• Exposure to Supply Chain, Ecommerce, or Logistics products. Familiarity with Design Systems.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end implementation (Good to have)

• Experience using AI tools in design workflows.

Scope Clarifications 

This Role Is:

•  Expected to contribute to the Design System.

• Expected to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering. Encouraged to use AI tools to improve productivity and quality.

This Role Is Not :

• A visual design-only role.

• Limited to creating screens and mock-ups.

• Responsible for product management or engineering decisions.

• A purely research-focused role.
