Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (Node.js+TypeScript) for a project developing AI-powered cloud platforms and scalable microservices with modern GenAI technologies.
The customer is a technology-driven software quality services provider that helps organizations improve the reliability, usability, and performance of their digital products. It combines quality engineering expertise, flexible delivery models, and technology-enabled services to support web, mobile, and other digital solutions across multiple industries. The company helps businesses accelerate software delivery, improve product quality, and enhance end-user experience through scalable testing and quality assurance services.
The project is focused on modernizing a cloud-based quality intelligence platform and developing an AI agent orchestration system with an embedded assistant chatbot. It includes building APIs and MCP integrations, event-driven workflows, state management, secure deployment, and scalable GenAI capabilities within an AWS-based microservices environment.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and building scalable agentic systems and GenAI-powered applications.
- Developing APIs, MCP integrations, event-driven services, and orchestration workflows.
- Deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving agentic solutions in AWS production environments.
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams on system architecture and technical implementation.
- Designing and managing persistent state and context across long-running, multi-step agent workflows.
- Optimizing orchestration for reliability, latency, and cost at scale (bulk/async operations, fan-out across microservices).
Must-haves:
- Experience in software engineering, building and deploying production systems, for 4+ years.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and Python for AI agent and orchestration development.
- Hands-on production experience with GenAI, agentic, or multi-agent systems.
- Production experience with real users, including failure handling, retries, token/context budget optimization, and output quality evaluation.
- Experience designing APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, orchestration workflows, and state management.
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), including designing servers and tools around API/service boundaries.
- Experience deploying and operating cloud-native applications using Docker and AWS (ECS/Fargate).
- Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Production experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent frameworks.
- Experience with n8n or similar low-code workflow orchestration platforms.
- Experience with LiteLLM or other LLM gateway/proxy solutions, including cost optimization.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG, hybrid search, re-ranking, and retrieval pipelines.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and observability, including tracing and human-in-the-loop approaches.
- Experience with Kafka and distributed, event-driven microservice architectures.
