Andersen is hiring aSalesforce Engineer for a project migrating a licensing platform to Salesforce and building scalable business solutions for process automation.

The customer is an international company specializing in technology consulting and business process improvement. The company helps organizations enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives through modern technology solutions, system integrations, and process automation across various business domains.

The project is focused on migrating a theatrical production licensing management system to Salesforce and creating a unified platform for managing the entire licensing lifecycle. It includes production catalog management, licensing workflows, royalty processing, and material distribution to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative platform features.

  • Developing custom objects, fields, validation rules, record pages, permission models, and automation to support business processes.

  • Building reusable Apex services, triggers, asynchronous processes, and platform utilities.

  • Developing responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Lightning App Builder.

  • Implementing integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

  • Participating in Salesforce data modeling, application design, and platform optimization.

  • Configuring and maintaining Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.

  • Creating and maintaining unit tests, participating in code reviews, and supporting defect resolution.

  • Contributing to deployment activities using Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Collaborating with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and other Salesforce specialists throughout the software development lifecycle.

Must-haves:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform development for 1+ years.

  • Excellent knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and asynchronous Apex.

  • Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

  • Good understanding of Salesforce data modeling and object relationships.

  • Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security).

  • Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.

  • Experience writing unit tests and maintaining code coverage.

  • Familiarity with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience working in Agile development teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Level of English - from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven architectures.

  • Exposure to Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Commerce Cloud, or Order Management.

  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft.

  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and external ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).

  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado or DevOps Center.

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder) are an advantage.
