As a Chef you will

· Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures

· Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety

· Manage all aspects of full-service food and beverage procedures on a daily basis

· Ensure compliance with Andronis’ standards and kitchen’s smooth operation

· Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, guests’ food allergies or restrictions

· Oversee the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets guest’s expectations

· Be responsible and accountable for the overall food cost as well as kitchen supplies, kitchen energy costs and kitchen utensils

Entry Requirements

· 5 years’ experience in relevant position

· Experience in Mediterranean cuisine

· Be aware of new trends and keep abreast with any changes in the market

· Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

· Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written

· Be familiar with Food and Beverage industry’s technology

· Be a team player and a great communicator with colleagues and managers in all departments

· Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
